Privacy Policy
Ludo is operated by its app publisher. This policy explains what information the Ludo mobile app and online services handle.

Information we handle
- Account and profile: A Google account identifier, email address and display name when you use Google sign-in; or a generated guest username and the display name you enter when you play as a guest.
- Game and social data: Player names/usernames, room membership and game state for online rooms, friend relationships and invites, games played, wins, rank XP and level.
- On-device preferences: Sound and local game-rule preferences and reward points are stored on your device. Ludo does not send these preferences or points to its backend.
- Service and device information: Google Mobile Ads may process device identifiers, diagnostics and ad interaction information when ads are shown. The current app build uses Google test ad units. Railway, our hosting provider, processes network requests to operate the backend.
How information is used
We use account information to sign you in and show your player profile; game and social data to provide online rooms, friends, invites and rankings; and service information to operate, protect and troubleshoot the app. Google Sign-In verifies your identity. Google Mobile Ads may use information as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
Sharing
Online room participants can see player names and game activity needed to play together. We do not sell personal information. Information is processed by Google for sign-in and advertising services and by Railway to host the backend, subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
Account and online game information is kept while the account is active. You can delete online game data while retaining your account, or delete your account and associated server data, from Settings → Privacy & account in the app. You can also submit a deletion request at Delete account or data. External requests include the username, contact email and requested deletion type. We review requests and may contact you to verify ownership before acting; after processing, we remove the request's username and email. Some copies may remain temporarily in service backups or operational logs.
Deleting app data from your device or uninstalling the app removes locally stored preferences and reward points; it does not by itself delete a server account. Use the in-app deletion controls or the request page for server data.
Security
We use authenticated requests for account-specific actions and rely on our service providers to host and secure the services. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app changes. The current version will be available at this URL.
